Learning Program Associate Needed at Tech Hub
Location: Ikoyi & Gbagada, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Program Associate to join our Learning Institute team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that drive performance improvement and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
– Program Development and Management: Design and develop innovative learning programs and training initiatives that align with the institute’s educational goals.
– Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring they are engaging and impactful.
– Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve learning initiatives.
– Technology Integration: Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance program delivery.
– Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with external training providers and consultants.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in learning and development, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
– Proven experience in organizing conferences, seminars, and large-scale training events.
– Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
– Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
– Excellent project management and organizational skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
