Job Title: Mixologist

Job Description
- We are looking for a professional Mixologist who is skilled in creating and serving custom cocktails and drinks.
- With extensive knowledge about spirits, mixers, and garnishes, as well as a creative flair for creating exciting new drinks.
Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and suggest drinks
- Maintain the bar area and keep it clean and organized
- Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
- Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, alcohol and liquor types, flavor profiles and garnish techniques
- Ability to work with a variety of equipment including shakers, blenders, and various other tools
- Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy bottles, trays and other equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Skills:
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ability to create innovative and delicious drink combinations
- Excellent customer service skills

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
