Job Description
- Our client is recruiting IT Officers for their Benin and PH offices. The Ideal candidate must be able to relocate to Lagos for a period of 2 months training period before being assigned to territory of choice.
Responsibilities
- Resolving IT support requests from employees
- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings and permissions to fix computer issues
- Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
Requirements
- Must be a Graduate of Computer Science or relevant engineering course
- 3 years experience post NYSC
- Must have certifications in CCNA or Network +
- Have hands on Networking Installation
- Basic Networking Knowledge or Server Management Knowledge
- Understand Surveillance system Architecture
- Must be Proficient in Office suite.
